Philip leads the Avenir Energy Group companies as Founder & CEO and its Thailand Business as President. He leads the team to build a portfolio of traditional and new energy business in Thailand and SE Asia as well as driving value delivery and step-change performance for all stakeholders. Built on engineering, honed in business excellence and working with executive teams on strategies to deliver real change, he is now applying this capability for lower cost energy in SE Asia.
Philip was recently COO of an ENOC business building it from a startup to a large, successful digital energy business. Previously he was a Partner in Schlumberger Business Consulting and Accenture leading growth, Cost-out, Organisation and operational effectiveness projects across SE Asia and Australia. Before this he has worked for Shell, Boston Consulting Group, Carrier and Shell in Australia, SE Asia, North Asia, South Asia, GCC and the UK.
Philip has been passionate about Energy ever since he won a scholarship to attend Petroleum Engineering at UNSW in Australia 30 years ago. Philip also has an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.

He brings with him over 15 years of experience in advisory, finance, banking, strategy, and leadership. He has dedicated most of his career to focusing on energy markets, driving strategic growth and operational excellence within the various teams under his guidance.
Bob has a proven track record of success in managing and executing complex financial strategies, capital advisory & investment decisions, and high-value acquisitions. His career has seen him actively engage in diverse and dynamic markets across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. This global experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of regional market dynamics, regulatory environments, and cultural nuances, allowing him to navigate and capitalize on opportunities effectively.

Bob is also the Founder of RMC Capital, a Capital Advisory firm based out of Dubai. Before that, he served as the General Manager of CBD Abu Dhabi, where he played a crucial role in driving the bank's growth across all business lines within the Emirate. Bob started his career at Fortis and ABN AMRO in the Netherlands. Bob holds degrees in International Economics & Finance and Investment Analysis.

Pasuk's strategic expertise is in all kinds of drilling project management, from greenfield exploration and development to brownfield optimization in both onshore and offshore oil and gas upstream operations, with more than 30 years of drilling and workover experiences from rig contractor roustabout to oil and gas operator senior management.
He started with the Pool International workover rig in Saudi Arabia in 1976. In 1979, he left the rig for a bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering at Texas A&M University (Class of 1984). Since 1984, his track record of drilling project management skills has begun as the rig site Drilling Supervisor and ended up as Drilling Superintendent in 2002 for Unocal Thailand. After that, he became an independent drilling advisor for Chevron Thailand, PTTEP Myanmar, Elite Drilling Services, PTTEP Australia, Coastal Energy Malaysia, PTTEP Thailand, and KrisEnergy Cambodia. He is currently a part-time Drilling Consultant for Avenir.
