Management Visit to Manora Field

Avenir CEO, CFIO, Production and Facilities Advisors visited to Manora field in a visit to understand the excellent HSE, operations and mature field management of our assets. We were very pleased to see the strong safety and operations excellence culture at work with our FSO and Field operator. 

Insights included: strong top-down performance management and highly experienced teams can yield world-class results; Safety culture starts with each of us and excellent systems; Cost optimization is a step-change and continuous process that requires alignment of incentives and capability.
