G1/48
Avenir Energy purchased a 30% working interest in the Manora oil field in 2023. After doubling reserves and extending field life amount other improvements, keen interest in the asset led to its sale in 2025. The G1/48 license and Manora producing field are located in the Kra basin in the northern Gulf of Thailand. Developed in 2013, the field has produced over 25 MM bbl in 2024 and continues to product light sweet crude oil and associated gas.
